Established over 90 years ago by Mr. Chia Ek Chor and Mr. Chia Siew Whooy, the Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group) is a transnational conglomerate that consists of three core businesses that operate in the agro-industry & food, retail and distribution, and the telecommunications industries with investment in almost 20 countries. 二、工作职责Job Description
1、研发有效且具备成本效益的饲喂方案；The objective is to develop effective and cost efficient feeding programs;
2、监控饲料产品性能和成本控制；Monitor feed product performance and cost control;
3、设定和检验质量监控参数；Set and review quality control parameters;
4、为销售团队与客户提供市场技术支持和培训；Marketing technical support and training for sales staff and customers;
5、为关键客户提供专门的技术支持。Specialized technical support for key customers.
三、任职要求Qualification
1、动物科学相关专业，博士学位；PhD in animal nutrition;
2、对畜牧业及畜禽饲料配方、水产饲料配方有深入研究和独到见解；Have intensive study and unique insights about animal husbandry industry, the formula of livestock and poultry feed, and the formula of aquatic feed.
3、熟悉行业动态，熟悉各种饲料原材料，熟悉动物营养、生理生化和养殖知识；Familiar with the industry dynamics, all kinds of feed raw materials, animal nutrition, physiology, biochemistry and farming knowledges;
4、具有很强的分析能力、问题解决能力及沟通能力；Strong analytical and problem solving skills and communication skills.
5、具有良好的团队合作精神和社交技巧, 良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，较强的学习能力；Good team spirit,good social skill, easy to get along with other team members, excellent professional ethics and strong learning ability ;
6、中英文听说读写流利；Fluent Chinese and English speaking, reading and writing required;
7、办公室在北京，可接受出差；Base in Beijing, Willing to travel;
8、有海外留学经历者优先。Study abroad experience is preferred.
