主要研究方向及成果:主要从事水产动物营养免疫学和营养微生态学的研究;主要探究水产动物的营养因素、宿主免疫、肠道菌群和病原菌之间交互影响的作用机理,探查水产动物营养代谢与免疫应答的关联机制,肠道菌群及其代谢物对免疫系统的调节机理,探寻增强水产动物免疫力的营养策略等。
