科研/教学情况:
主要从事海洋贝类分子遗传学与功能基因组学研究。近年来,围绕我国海洋经济贝类自然资源严重衰退、良种匮乏等重要问题,开展了海洋贝类高通量分子标记技术构建、牡蛎重要经济性状分子解析、牡蛎CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑技术构建等工作。目前已在国内外学术期刊发表第一作者或通讯作者论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇。
主要主持科研项目:
国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子课题、山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金、山东省自然科学基金面上项目、开放课题等。
